Plastic artist, my work focuses on the representation of Human... Sculptures of women, terracotta sculptures for symbolism ...

Inspired by Primitive Art, following several trips to West Africa, I want to translate in my own way this ancestral statuary, refined and powerfully evocative of our Humanity and our essential link to Nature. Model clay, like an original, founding act.

My statues of women find their origin in the curves of ancient goddesses.

Regarding my influences, I am deeply touched by the work of Camille Claudel, Niki de St Phalle or that of my contemporaries, Isabelle de Grandmaison or Anne Mourat. I am inspired by the approach of these women sculptors who express humanity and emotion through bodies that are both fragile and powerful.

My “Pépettes” of clay are both ingenuous and maternal and they contemplate our world with empathy and gentleness. I play with weightlessness to bring freedom and mobility to my creations. These modern Venus represent the long-awaited harmony with the universe around us, like a tribute to Mother Earth.

Playing with the association of raw materials, clay, scrap metal or wood, I invite you to travel in the company of my contemporary Venus and their sweet poetry ... And recently I have been incorporating colored enamels into the composition of my little imaginary worlds .
